7/10
I had a solo stay in a spacious King Room, and OMG, they had literally the comfiest bed ever! Staff was super chill and helpful, especially Heman, who was like a total lifesaver with my flight issues. The breakfast was decent, but it could use a bit more variety. Oh, and the view from my balcony was something else!

The gym was closed for renovations, but I enjoyed the comfy bed.

missingWrote a review on Oct 31breakfast quality
Only one elevator operational during my two-night stay caused delays, and the breakfast selection lacked variety and quality. The shower’s temperature fluctuated erratically, and room ventilation relied on leaving the balcony door open, leading to noise disturbance from the street.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony for 6 nights. The room was super comfy, and the bed was really cozy! Everything was spotless, and I appreciated having an extra duvet. Internet was good too. Only downside was the noise from the street at times, but it wasn't too disruptive.

Sapphire Addis provided an excellent experience during my week-long stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable atmosphere that felt like home. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring a pleasant stay. Internet connectivity was strong throughout the hotel, enabling efficient work. Breakfast featured a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit, traditional dishes, and made-to-order omelets, coupled with the renowned Ethiopian coffee.
There was some noise from events, including weddings, that could be disruptive.
